+10 Points For Apple Support

  • Tuesday - Received empty box to send in my iPhone, sent via FedEx overnight. Dropped off at FedEx that evening to ship out Wednesday morning.
  • Thursday - Apple emails me at 11am to confirm my phone was received, and again at 6pm to confirm that my phone has been replaced and the new one shipped out. Both emails include links to a page where I can check the status of my repair, and the second email includes the FedEx tracking number

Between the awesome turnaround time and frequent status updates, consider me pretty damn pleased with Apple right now.
